 A few pics of my truck ('90 RR) with 34" swampers. 

My truck has Old Man Emu med duty springs in the front and rear.  The front fenders were opened up at the bottom by 1 inch in front of, and behind the tire. The rear doors were trimmed by 1 inch as well.  I did not modify the rear fenders for the tires, as they were already trimmed for the rear bumper.  As of now, I don't have any picks of the truck sitting level, but I will soon.
